Below are a few archetypes of adventurers who brave the Hunt alongside you. Find the one that fits or mix-and-match as your story unfolds.
Newbie
Welcome to Faenora, brave soul. Before you charge headlong into chaos, take your time to learn the ropes with Recruits only. Recruits let you experience the full danger of the Wildlands without risking your prized Hunters (NFT characters).
Study your squad compositions, experiment with class combinations and learn which classes synergize before committing MCHY to promote or train your permanent Hunters. Every misstep now saves you costly mistakes later.
Don’t feel bad about abandoning a Hunt - sometimes retreat is the optimal strategy. Remember, waiting for Stamina to recover costs time but reviving your Hunters costs MCHY.

Passive / Vacationing Gamer
Even the bravest need time away from the Wildlands. If you won’t be active for a while, stake your Hunters and MCHY with the Financier to earn rewards passively from the weekly pool.
Check back regularly to claim your MCHY, deposit it with the Financier to maximize your earnings and keep an eye on new updates to the FaenoraVerse - features and balance changes are always on the horizon. The adventure continues, even when you’re on pause.

Cozy Gamer
You’ve learned the ropes. Now it’s time to balance them. Faenora rewards clever scheduling as much as tactical skill.
Split your focus between active Hunts and staking your Hunters and MCHY with the Financier to sponsor others. Experiment with different class progressions, seek out the best loot and keep an eye out for special events that pop up in Donegal and beyond.
The leaderboard will always be full of wolves, but the real fun is finding your own rhythm. Play smart, enjoy the story and remember: there’s more to Faenora than glory alone.

Hardcore Gamer
For the tacticians, min-maxers, and leaderboard chasers: this is your domain. The Wildlands reward precision and endurance in equal measure.
Plan your Hunts around Stamina rotations. A Legendary Hunter can brave five Hunts before exhaustion, while a Common will only last two. Build around that rhythm. Running two full squads of Mercenaries can keep your progression steady while your best units rest.
When you begin, track your class rank XP triggers closely (kills for Archers, battles for Squires, damage for Fighters, and so on). Optimize your equipment, refine your team synergy and rotate Hunters through the Financier for staking during downtime to keep MCHY flowing.
