circle-boltEquipment Skills

Some say gear makes the Hunter. Others say it just makes the explosions bigger. Equipment Skills are the hidden power that separates good equipment from legendary relics. Found only on Epic and Legendary gear, these passive enchantments provide permanent stat bonuses or unique effects that can dramatically shift a battle’s outcome.

They do not require activation, SP or cooldowns. They simply work (and occasionally hum ominously - or is that my Tinnitus acting up again? Mawp.).

The higher the rarity, the stronger and more refined the bonus.

How Equipment Skills Work

  • Passive Effects: Always active once the item is equipped.

  • Rarity Tiers: Only appear on Epic and Legendary equipment.

  • Scaling: Legendary items offer the highest possible value range within each skill type.

  • Stacking: Bonuses from multiple items can stack.

  • Synergy: Epic and Legendary Hunters can equip more items, allowing them to compound these bonuses further. Often with devastating results.

Tactical Hints & Synergies

  • Match Stats to Class:

    • Fighters thrive on ATK Up and Counter bonuses.

    • Witches and Clerics favor MAG Up, RES Up, SP Up, and Skill Up.

    • Archers benefit from Crit % Up and Head on a Swivel.

    • Knights maximize returns from HP Up and DEF Up.

  • Amplify with Rarity: Epic and Legendary Hunters can equip more items, which means more Equipment Skills. Stack complementary bonuses to turn your Hunter into a finely tuned (and faintly glowing) engine of destruction.

  • Rarity Resonance (Rumor Only): Those compulsive enough to ensure that their equipment rarity tiers match perfectly (every slot gleaming in sync) may find themselves rewarded in future Faenoran updates. Whether that’s statistical… or mystical… remains to be seen.
