Classes
Your squad isn’t just a band of misfits. It’s a tactical machine and you are the engineer. Classes define roles, abilities and how gloriously your units will shine (or fail) in battle.
Mercenaries and Recruits can change their class at the Dojo. It costs MCHY tokens to change the class of a Mercenary. It costs Dojo points to change the class of a Recruit.

Class Ranks
Class Ranks are a global progression system tied to each specific class type. Every time your squad takes the field, your units contribute experience points (Class XP) to their respective class. As each class gains experience, new benefits are permanently unlocked for all units of that class across every playthrough.
Class Ranks do not reset between Hunts. Once unlocked, the bonuses and skills for a class are yours forever.

Class Ranks are designed to make every battle contribute to long-term progress. Whether you win or lose a Hunt, your classes evolve through consistent play and smart composition. It’s a system meant to reward time, tactics, and commitment - so even when a squad falls, the knowledge (and the bonuses) carry forward.
