Stamina
Even the bravest Hunters can’t fight forever. In Faenora, Stamina represents the physical and mental energy of your Hunters - how many Hunts they can take on before exhaustion (or poor life choices) sets in.
Once Stamina runs out, that Hunter is too tired to embark on another Hunt until they’ve recovered. Managing your squad’s Stamina is key to staying efficient, strategic and only moderately broke.
How Stamina Works
Every Hunter has a maximum Stamina stat that determines how many Hunts they can attempt before resting.
Each Hunt consumes a portion of Stamina depending on the difficulty and type of encounters faced.
When a Hunter’s Stamina reaches zero, they can no longer join active Hunts until recovered.
Max Stamina by Rarity
Not all Hunters are built for the same workload. A Hunter’s maximum Stamina is determined by their rarity: rarer units can endure more Hunts before exhaustion sets in.

“Turns out rarity isn’t just for bragging rights. And equipment slots. And stats. And better skills. Some Hunters can even stay awake longer." – A guy trying to explain the FaenoraVerse to his friends.
Recovering Stamina
There are several ways to keep your Hunters on their feet:
1. Natural Recovery
Hunters recover 5% of their maximum Stamina per hour while not on a Hunt. A patient tactician can rotate multiple squads to maximize uptime and minimize downtime.
2. Resting at the Inn
If you’re in a hurry, you can fully recover stamina by resting your Hunters at the Inn in Donegal for a fee of 100 MCHY per rest. It’s not the cheapest option, but the beds are soft and the innkeeper recently described the snoring as “oddly comforting”.
3. Food Items
Nothing restores vigor like a good meal. Food items can be used directly from the Embark Hunt menu to recover Stamina for individual Hunters or your entire squad.
Each dish is crafted (or improvised) by Faenora’s finest culinary risk-takers: including Moochkin, whose sweettooth may be one of Donegal's greatest secret weapons.
